Monday, March 24, 2003, PNRI (now PNDRI) attended the Student Biotech Expo. Six PNRI scientists mentored seven area high school students for several months giving them a hands on look at the inside workings of a research institute. Two of the students, Jyllian Scott and Annaliese Weber, mentored by PNRI staff took first place in the competition. Read the press release.
