Pacific Northwest Research Institute (PNRI) is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to several departments. If you are an energetic person with a positive attitude that can multi-task, learn and adapt quickly, this is the role for you. You will work independently as well as collaborate with others in various departments. You will provide travel coordination, create presentations and correspondences. You will be responsible for ordering, tracking and approving of supplies. You will process the electronic library requests. Have great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will ensure success.
The successful candidate will be well-organized, and a team player with a high level of work integrity and ethical standards. Must be a self-starter with focused attention to detail, flexibility and a desire to learn and take on new assignments. Must be available to work 24 to 30 hours a week.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or education.
- Experience in a relevant administrative function.
- Experience with calendar and travel management and meeting arrangement
- Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
