Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Pacific Northwest Research Institute (PNRI) is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President & CEO and CFO. Serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams. Provides supervision, training, and coaching for PNRI administrative staff and delegates assignments to ensure maximum productivity.

The successful candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three or more years of related work experience interfacing with senior executives or Boards of Directors.
  • Must have experience managing staff.
